1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.snapdarts.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of goods and services from Snapdarts LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By browsing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place orders.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
2.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.
2.3 You agree not to use the Site or our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Products and Pricing
3.1 We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, colours, sizes, and specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturing or supplier differences.
3.2 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout.
3.3 We reserve the right to:
-
Limit quantities available for purchase;
-
Refuse or cancel orders (including after confirmation) for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud;
-
Update product information without prior notice.
4. Orders and Acceptance
4.1 Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but our contract with you is only formed when we dispatch the goods (or, for digital products, when access is granted).
4.2 If we cannot accept your order (e.g. out of stock, payment failure, pricing error), we will notify you and refund any amounts paid in full.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 We accept the following payment methods: e.g. credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency.
5.2 Payment is charged in full at the time of order placement.
5.3 For payments made via cryptocurrency, the amount payable is calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of checkout. You are responsible for any network/gas fees charged by your wallet or exchange.
5.4 We use third-party payment processors. By paying, you also agree to their terms and privacy policies.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Orders are typically processed within 30 business days. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method and are shown at checkout.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather).
6.3 Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
7.1 Unless otherwise stated, we accept returns of unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
7.3 To be eligible, items must:
-
Be in original condition;
-
Include proof of purchase (order number);
-
Not be on the list of non-returnable items below.
7.4 Non-returnable items (final sale) include: -
Gift cards (see Section 7.6);
-
Personalised or custom-made items;
-
Perishable goods;
-
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (if applicable).
7.5 For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection. Return shipping costs for refunds are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error; - Pokémon TCG Products (see Section 7.8).
7.6 Gift Cards – No Refunds
-
All gift cards sold on www.snapdarts.com are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
-
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced unless required by applicable law.
7.7 Cryptocurrency Payments – Administration Fee on Refunds
-
For orders paid using cryptocurrency, refunds will be processed in the original cryptocurrency where possible, or in GBP at our discretion.
-
A 5% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing, exchange rate volatility, and transaction costs.
-
This fee applies to all refunds (including faulty or misdescribed items) where the original payment was made in cryptocurrency, except where prohibited by law.
7.8 Pokémon TCG Products (Non‑Returnable)
7.8.1 Scope. This Section 7.8 applies to all Pokémon Trading Card Game (“Pokémon TCG”) products sold, including but not limited to sealed booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, collection boxes, special sets, promo products, individual (single) cards (graded or raw), bundles, mystery boxes, and pre‑order items once fulfilled.
7.8.2 Final Sale; No Returns or Exchanges. All Pokémon TCG products are final sale and non‑returnable, except where expressly required by applicable law or in the case of a proven manufacturing defect handled via the manufacturer’s replacement process. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
(a) change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders;
(b) price changes after purchase;
(c) opening a sealed product and not receiving desired cards or rarities; or
(d) minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the contents.
7.8.3 Reasons for Non‑Returnable Status. Pokémon TCG products are treated differently from standard retail goods due to their collectible and randomized nature. The key reasons are:
(a) Randomized contents. Sealed Pokémon products contain random cards. Once the seal is broken, there is no reliable way to verify whether the contents are the same ones originally shipped or whether cards have been removed, swapped, or substituted, creating a high risk of fraud if returns were allowed on opened sealed products.
(b) Resale value depends on being factory sealed. The market value of booster packs, boxes, tins, and many collectible sets is based on them being unopened and in original condition. Once opened, the product loses its “sealed” status and much of its value and cannot be resold as new to other customers.
(c) Risk of tampering and resealing. The trading card market has seen widespread issues with weighing packs to identify high‑value contents, opening and removing valuable cards, and resealing packs or boxes. To protect all customers and maintain trust in our inventory, we do not accept returns on sealed TCG products once they have left our facility.
(d) Condition sensitivity of collectibles. Individual cards and collectible items are highly sensitive to bends, scratches, whitening, and other condition issues, as well as environmental exposure. After an item leaves our control, we cannot verify that its condition is unchanged, making returns on singles and opened products impractical and unfair to future buyers.
(e) Manufacturer defect process is separate. If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., missing cards, major printing errors), the appropriate route is usually the manufacturer’s replacement program (e.g., The Pokémon Company), not a standard return to the retailer. We can assist with guidance, but such cases are handled under the manufacturer’s policy, not our standard return policy.
7.8.4 Limited Exceptions. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:
(a) Item not received, where tracking confirms non‑delivery or loss in transit;
(b) Wrong item sent, where we clearly shipped a different product than ordered.
7.8.5 Relationship to Other Terms. This Section 7.8 forms part of our overall Returns & Refunds policy. To the extent of any conflict between this Section 7.8 and any other provision regarding returns or refunds for Pokémon TCG products, this Section 7.8 shall prevail.
